BioThis is a character bio for a role play game.
Character: Asuka Langley Soryu
Series: Neon Evangelion Genesis
Gender: Female
Age: 15
Location: Flamgino Heights, Florida
Bio:
Asuka is a prodigy child, having graduated from college a young age. Shortly upon her mother's suicidal death she was elected to become an Eva pilot. A Nerv agent named Kaji became her caretaker and later Misato. Asuka learned at a young age to not depend on others whether it was peers her age or adults.
She is headstrong and very proud of being an Eva pilot. She does not like being second or backup. She's not afraid to disobeye orders, even though her actions have gotten her into trouble where the other pilots rescue her.
It wasn't till the end of the series where she finally realized how her Eva operated and was finally able to hold her own in battle. Prior to that she had began doubting her own skills causing her not to be able to synchronize with her Eva.
Much like the other pilots she defined herself with the Eva. One of her trademarks was wearing her synchronizing clips in her hair. In school she easily makes friends (or enemies). She loves playing video games and can also play the violen. Nor, is she afraid to take on a challenge or back away from a fight.
Flamingo Heights:
Asuka has no clue how she arrived at this time or time and has no idea how to get back home. Seeing that there was no way to return she took up residence and enrolled at the Flaminog University. She's slowly learning to define herself with out the Eva and easily makes friends amongst the wayward students and members of the community. Having befriended Mikey and Raph their family made her part of them. Recently she lost to a battle with Treize using her Eva and his Epyon to fight. Upset with loosing the battle she reluctantly asks Heero to mentor her in improving her fighting skills. When she's not showing off her skills as an Eva pilot she can be found arranging small events for people to participate in, her more popular event being video game tournaments.
